Wanting this baby to come!

Have you ever wanted something to happen so badly that you have little control over? It makes you want to press a button or plug a formula in to get things rolling. Well, that is how I am feeling right now about this little one who is on the way. I just want it to come! I cannot wait to meet Baby Campbell, find out if it is a boy or girl, and begin bonding with it.

And then, when I imagine how wonderful it is going to be to hold a new little one in my arms, I hear a clang in the background and turn to see little Emma struggling to pull a drawer she isn't supposed to get into open. And now all I can think is how blessed I am to already have such a precious little baby girl to enjoy and train. So, I guess I can wait a little longer....Afterall, God knows the perfect time for this one to come.

Greetings from the Campbell Cottage

It is telling when day never seems long enough nor list short enough to permit me to focus on finding a means of posting updates and pictures for family and friends to keep in touch with what is happening in the home which I fondly consider to be the Campbell cottage. How this blog will work and what it will evolve into are yet to be seen. The fact that one now exists is a result of one of my new year resolutions!

It is with pleasure then, that I take on the responsibilty of sharing a little of us (the Campbell clan) and how God is working in our lives with you, hoping that in turn we learn a little more about you.
